ASPIAIG-Q Series High Power Density Transportation Inductors

Abracon’s ASPIAIG-Q family of molded power inductors are designed to meet the power rating, reliability, and operating temperature requirements of high-grade IoT applications requiring interference protection and soft saturation, such as automotive ADAS and electric vehicle systems.

The automotive-grade inductors have an AEC-Q200 grade 0 (-55°C to +155°C) OTR, support PPAP level 3, and are manufactured on TS-16949 qualified production lines.

The ASPIAIG-Q high power density transportation inductor family features a low-profile flat wire design with a metal-alloy core to support high-current and low-DCR performances in package sizes ranging from 6.0 mm x 5.7 mm x 2.9 mm to 17.5 mm x 16.5 mm x 12.7 mm. For example, the ASPIAIG-Q5030 series supports high power density performance (current ratings up to 22.2 A) in a small 6.0 mm x 5.7 mm footprint with a low 2.9 mm profile.

Thanks to the ASPIAIG-Q family’s molded construction, each series demonstrates highly effective EMI shielding to prevent interference and disruption to neighboring circuitry.

The devices are also ideal for supporting high-grade applications in the telecommunications, industrial, and industrial IoT (IIoT) industries.
