It’s a 1206 case size, fast acting fuse with improved surge tolerant properties. This is a low-cost solution with UL, CSA and CE approvals. It provides board-level primary and secondary circuit protection in a wide variety of applications, including battery chargers, power supplies, modems, routers, consumer electronics, PoE, PoE+, backplane short circuit protection, and more.
