KEMET, a YAGEO Group company, EMI suppression film capacitors feature a multilayer, metallized paper construction encapsulated and impregnated in UL 94V-0 self-extinguishing material with safe failure mode properties. The SMP253 series are AEC-Q200 capacitors that provide a 300 VAC rated voltage and 1,000 VDC recommended DC voltage rating. The capacitors are ideal for class Y2 line-to-earth applications, switching power supplies, EMI/AC line filtering, DC EMI filtering, water pumps, and automotive applications that must withstand high vibration.
