It uses proven high performance SiSonic MEMS technology and consists of an acoustic sensor, a low noise input buffer, and an output amplifier. The microphone has a flat frequency response with low phase distortion for superior noise-canceling algorithm performance. Its high acoustic overload point (AOP) provides a large, distortion-free dynamic range.
