Image of Analog Devices' LTC2378 Low Power SAR ADCsAnalog Devices' LTC2378 series is a low noise, low power, high speed, successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. Operating from a 2.5 V supply, the LTC2378 has a ±VREF fully differential input range with VREF ranging from 2.5 V to 5.1 V. The fast, 1 Msps throughput with no cycle latency makes the LTC2378 ideally suited for a wide variety of high-speed applications.

The LTC2378-16 consumes only 13.5 mW and achieves ±0.5 LSB INL maximum, no missing codes at 16 bits with 97 dB SNR. The LTC2378-18 consumes only 13.5 mW and achieves ±1.75 LSB INL maximum, no missing codes at 18 bits with 102 dB SNR. The LTC2378-20 consumes only 21 mW and achieves ±2 ppm INL maximum, no missing codes at 20 bits with 104 dB SNR.
