Alternistor Triacs 40 A High Power Qxx40xx Series

Littelfuse’s Qxx40xx series is a 40 A bidirectional solid state switch series is designed for AC switching and phase control applications such as motor speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. Alternistor type devices only operate in quadrants I, II, and III and are used in circuits requiring high dv/dt capability.
