STM32H503 High-Efficiency MCU Series

STMicroelectronics' STM32H503 microcontrollers extend the STM32 high-performance portfolio and offer enhanced performance and power efficiency with 128 KB of Flash, 32 KB of RAM, and 25-pin to 64-pin packages in WLCSP and LQFP profiles, as well as the UFQFPN package. The line contains the Arm® Cortex®-M33 with DSP and floating‐point unit (FPU) running up to 250 MHz.

• Power efficiency:
  • 86 µ/MHz typical at V_DD= 3.3 V and +25°C in run mode (peripherals off)
  • 54 µA typical in stop mode (low-power mode)
  • 3.5 µA typical in standby mode (low-power mode)
  • 380 nA typical in V_BAT mode with RTC (low-power mode)
