Vishay’s TransZorb and PAR® transient voltage suppressors have a full range of symmetrical and a-symmetrical packages offering a wide variety of voltage ranges. The eSMP® series packages provide a wide range of uni and bi-directional polarity solutions in enhanced surface mount power packages. They maintain the surge capabilities of traditional TVS diodes but offer flat-type space-saving footprints and excellent reliability at elevated temperatures, making them ideal for the more harsh environments seen in industrial and automotive applications as well as providing PCB real estate advantages in computer, consumer and telecoms equipment.
