In summary, Amphenol's state-of-the-art silicone MEMS facility manufactures the IR ZTP thermopile sensors used in applications involving non-contacting surface temperature sensing. From driver and passenger temperature sensing for in-cabin comfort control to rotating part temperature measurement, Amphenol has small-TO dual-sensor packages that meet the application requirements. The ZTP model consists of thermo-elements, flat IR filter, a thermistor for temperature compensation and a hermetically-sealed small-size TO-41, TO-46 or TO-5 package.
