Portfolio

This table show the existing portfolio of the 650 V types, which are based on two different versions. The smallest version is an 11 A type providing an RDS(ON) of 380 mΩ. MCC is offering this type in the TO-220, isolated TO-220, D-PAK and DFN 5 x 6. For a higher power level, the version with 20 A is providing an RDS(ON) of 170 mΩ. This solution is offered in TO-220, isolated TO-220 and in the high power housing TO-247. MCC continues to extend the portfolio by providing these solutions in additional housings.
